Biggest fear: Getting a career ending injury.

My Idol/hero/role model is… Lleyton Hewitt

If I wasn’t a full time athlete I would be… living somewhere warm making millions off stocks and shares.

Favourite/best piece of advice you have been given: Work hard and train hard then nobody can say you didn’t give it your best.

When I retire from being an athlete I will… travel the world and see some amazing things.

Couldn’t live without: My XBOX live and Call of Duty game!

When I stop competing I will… try and pass on what I have learnt to all aspiring young Welsh players.

Superstitions/routines: Dont really believe in them... but the further I get in competitions the more things I try and make the same as the last day.

Apart from badminton, my favourite sport is… Rugby

If I wasn’t a badminton player, I’d play… Tennis all day in the sun.

Random fact: 1/3 of your life is spent sleeping... as an athlete it’s more like 2/3.
